I tested this, it works on video but not photos (maybe that will be added on a future firmware?).

The graphic for the new UX shown in the link posted above by Toiletbowl indicates a Hero4Silver with resolution 2.7k @ 60 fps. My Hero4Silver only goes to 30fps when resolution is 2.7k. Is this something new?

Probably just a marketing department photoshop mistake.
