Follow shots work fine I use them often. It's important you have a strong GPS signal on both Solo and the device. If you want Solo to Follow uncheck "Look at Me" or Solo will stay in place like Cameraman. Most of this video was shot with Solo recently.

Setting Waypoint speed from 1,000 to 2,000 in MP increased Follow speed to over 30 MPH .

Those were Solo shots, the Typhonn H is good for higher speeds(45 mph). Unfortunattly I fly low sometimes so I knocked off the H camera for a third time(in for repair), I'm flying Solo here.

App is a little confusing, after enabling Follow stay in orbit(it won't orbit unless you select a direction and speed). In orbit follow mode uncheck look at me or it won't follow.

I've been flying 11" APC's for years, they work great at altitude and smooth Solo out. Haven't had a motor issue yet. I purchased the MAS 3 bladed props thinking they would have more blade area like the 11" props and work better at altitude, I fly between 6-8k feet. I'll test soon.

Sure make sure you're going at least 25 miles an hour, following from the front, at 10 feet or less elevation. I have had this challenge to DJI guys for years. Anafi, Halo, Solo, Typhoon H... can all do it.
