Been fly RC stuff for about 10 years now. Started with nitro helicopters, then airplanes and finally quads. Switched to all electric power, hated cleaned nitro fuel off everything. Started quads when 3DR first introduced the APM flight control system, still have a 3DR Y-6. I enjoyed building my own quads using APM or KK2 flight control system. Also, have a Phantom 2 v2. I like flyn FPV, using both Fatshark or monitor. Plan on getting a set of Headplays to fly SOLO, but for now using ipad mini 2 and iphone6s.
