Just to update/close this thread, I ended up getting chat support from 3DR. The problem turned out to be an improperly seated microSD card in the controller. Was talked thru the fix and am flying again.

Just a FYI, my order at pdfdatasheets.com was apparently canceled with no notification. So in addition to the 171088-0048 Molex connectors not being available, PDFDatasheets.com is a bad seller. Does anyone know anywhere these connectors might be available?
