If you login to the 3DR store, click on Account, click on the order number, it says under Shipments where it is shipping it from. In my case it is the Hayward warehouse. Which is probably what it is for most people. Mine is still Processing. :(

When I ordered I just added two batteries to my cart. Which gives a price of $299.90. I used Chrome on Linux. I was also already logged into the 3DR site.

Installing it now on Android! It seems to require you to connect to your Solo controller's wifi. I was wondering how they were going to stop the world from having a free simulator, and the answer seems to be this requirement.

It seems like it would be easier to 3D print a whole new leg in the same shape as this metal one. You could design it to have the same dimensions at the point of contact with the body, and not require any modification. You could also print it in black.

Another idea would be to give the Solo internet access. You could auto-upload logs to a cloud service, pull data for assisted GPS, send real-time telemetry to the Internet, and more.
