I have had good luck by soaking everything in a bowl of alchohol, displacing the water and then evaporate with a blow dryer and sunshine.

Try un-plugging the controller battery for about 30 seconds.

You will be needing more than 2 batteries...try and and buy a few more from him.

For me, Cable Cam makes all the difference. To be able to program really complex moves and fly the path flawlessly is just superb. On the downdide...while Solo works every time at home, when in the field, on a paying job, I usually have to boot numerous times before I am good to go.

Upgrade your gps card if it is green....otherwise fly it stock for awhile. Open Solo is a great upgrade, but will invaladate your warranty.

So, store them depleted? I thought best practice was to charge them up to about 4 lights. I usually just charge them fully, and then top them off before the next flight. This probably explains my growing stack of shot batteries. In the deep-cycle world, the worst thing is to deplete a battery...

I am guessing that it is good to let the battery cool before putting it on the charger.

Does this install invalidate the warranty?
