I just had a motor go bad while in flight. The pictures attached are the damaged caused from falling 60 feet onto asphalt. 3DR is currently looking into the logs.

The app I use goes with these guidelines: 0, 1, 2 and 3 are shown in green and okay. 4 is yellow and maybe still okay. 5 and above are red, and not advisable to use a GPS device as GPS satellites might be affected.

You can also get stills from video in the GoPro Studio software. You can only get the stills from video that has been converted though.

Since I couldn't get close enough to the edge of the quarry my connection would act up as I went down into the quarry, so I mostly had to stay near the top. I'm hoping to get better video, as long as the hawks stay away. The road reminds of something that would be in The Walking Dead.

Some video of two quarries in IL. At one point I had 2 hawks circling the Solo. You can see them fly by in the video. After that I had to stop flying in that area or else they might have tried to attack it like I've seen in other videos

Nice video. The shots straight down on the action were good. Can't wait to do shots on the Solo like this when the gimbal comes out.
