Can I narrow it down to which one is bad or do I need to replace all of them?

I had a previous post a while back about my solo not being able to reset. I didn't want to necro that thread so I thought I'd try a new one... Essentially, my buddy crashed his solo into a river. I ended up with it a few months later and couldn't get it to reset or anything. I tried everything...

Tried that too. Even replaced the GPS board and nothing changed. If I unplug it, it makes some crazy beeps though!

Picked up a broken Solo that was apparently in a bad wreck. Exterior looks fine but I can't get it to reset or pair with a controller. I popped it open, and re-seated the SD card, but it didn't make a difference. If I take the card out completely it still makes the same startup beeps as it does...

It looks like the firmware server might be down. I tried to get the files manually and with the solo-cli and all I get is 403 errors. I sent them an email this morning. We'll see what they say.

The controller and solo are already paired.

I just picked up a Solo yesterday, took it home and flew it for about an hour. Everything worked great. The previous owner threw in a Nexus 7 for controlling it, so after I threw the batteries on the charger, I upgraded android on the Nexus and realized they had made a custom wifi password on...
