Got my Solo also today, no live feed through GPro silver?

To determine if the issue is in the camera, try this. Connect your GoPro to a TV with an HDMI input using the correct HDMI cable. Verify you are getting live video on your TV after turning on the camera. If still no video, then time for a newer version of GoPro camera. :)
