I have dabbled in RC intermittently since the late 1980's with planes and most recently with twin rotor electric helicopters, trying all sorts of methods for capturing half decent video from the air. Solo is my first foray into quadcopter or drone territory having already been in possession of the GoPro Hero 4 Black, it seemed like a logical choice.
