Are there procedures to changing the ip address of a solo and its artoo?

Can anyone help me do this? I want to change the ip address of the solo from 10.1.1.10 --> 10.1.3.10 and change the ip address of the artoo from 10.1.1.1 --> 10.1.3.1 I've ssh into the solo. Changed the dnsmasq file from 10.1.1.1 --> 10.1.3.1. Then I changed the sololink.conf , sololink.base...
