Just installed open solo yesterday, using side pilot. All went well and flew well. Fyi for any people new to side pilot, you have to remember to hit the antenna button in the top right corner to connect to the drone before doing calibrations. I kept getting notices that drone wasn't linked and...

well I have switched to side pilot and seems great with no video issues, although It may have glitched when I switched to photo mode from video mode. Seems like a great app so far though.

just installed sidepilot yesterday and looking forward to testing it out. i read over the manual. any other advice before using? Im not a pro but i am also not a novice. my biggest problem with the 3dr sw was that the video stopped streaming once i updated ios to 11.2 so hope no issues here.

HI all, Im new to this forum. I just got the Solo from Best buy and have not had a chance to fly it yet but charged the batteries last night. When it was done charging two batteries, the charger itself was very hot. Is this normal? I emailed tech support earlier today but did not get a response...
