Does this take care of the BRD_OPTION setting issue as well?

If you don’t have a camera in the gimbal then it will hum, buzz and do strange things. Once you install the camera it’s fine.

No need to modify anything. The instructions are clear. Solex No. Assuming you have Solex just follow the instructions in the Github link. Read them several times so that you understand. It went seamlessly for me and I’m no techie.

I'll have another go at it. I've been working on becoming familiar with Solex/Android before I actually go & fly and have a panic attack mid-flight and obviously have over looked it. Thanks for the assist.

Question, is there a way to display or view HDOP with Open Solo or Solex?

Do the docs for Solex exist anywhere other than the app? I saw a Dropbox file but it wasn’t in a readily readable format. Also, this is a dumb question, how do I switch between screens on the app? So far I’ve had to restart the app to get from the settings menu back to the opening screen. I’m...

I answered my own question last night. I was able to connect, check and reset my mRo GPS, it was ok though, just GPS and GLOSNASS we’re enabled. Downloaded and installed Open Solo followed by ArduCopter 3.7 without having to do the calibration between installs.

Can I go directly from the Open Solo update to loading the ArduCopter 3.7 update without performing the level and compass calibrations?

I fired up my Insignia tablet and purchased Solex. I hope the tablet is still up to snuff to run Solex. Couldn’t find any info on how to root the thing, I’d like for it to be as minimal as possible. No Android updates available for it. As soon as I check the mRo GPS, I’m going to give Open Solo...
