Hey Michael, I don't know if you have AT&T, but they are currently running a sale where if you purchase an iPhone 6 (I don't know if 6+ qualifies), you can get an iPad mini 2 WiFi + Cellular for $199. It is usually $329 or $429 depending on if you are setting up a contract when you buy it.
