afactory reset on what ? when i rest controller it resets to open solo and my vehicle is on regular solo firmware that is the mismatch i need to downgrade controller back to solo firmware

I recently changed the motherboard in y solo and after getting it back together it boots fine with regular tune and lights, but shortly thereafter it begins to emit what I can only call some kind of warning tone .. Everything is back together as should be any Ideas from anyone out there?
