About me:
First of all I live work and play in Alaska, I mean seriously I Live in a sportsman's paradise and this is a place flying action cameras were designed for!
Next I consider my self as a modest Drone pilot who loves all aspects of the aerial RC hobby and have been a Drone/Photography fanatic for quite some time now, starting with the classic gas and electric Heli’s without the GPS guided flight controllers and although I may be dating my self I have had Drones since the first Phantoms hit the store shelfs and since that time I have built from scratch and DIY’d many other Drones.
Okay so that said I should add that in my own opinion I’m a better Drone pilot than I am a Photographer and thats probably not saying much! the fact is I love the hobby and my goal is always to use it to get into some of the most unique outdoor locations and of course like others to get that perfect shot.
However I firmly believe in respect for the hobby; an pride myself in preserving the good name of it in spite of others that would, and are trying to do the opposite!
One point I would like to make abundantly clear is that I am not brand loyal.That would be true for both Drones and Cameras alike; that said I love the challenge to try out every thing out there!
Finally I belong to every Drone forum I can find because I believe of the philosophy of sharing knowledge and to further ones experience using the same avenue, so it really chaps me to continue to read those that would pollute that same academic solitude to wine about how they have been ripped off by any given manufacturer because they obviously did not take the time to read the manual and now scream entitlement as though they are owed some sort of reward for they're stupidity!
Fortunately from what I’ve seen on all the forums that only comprises a small fraction of the total following.
