This is a semi-soft case and would not suggest allowing it to get "checked" if the overhead bins are full. I carry my batteries inside the case to insure it does not go into the cargo hold. It may get placed in a closet by the attendants but at least its not being crushed by other suitcases.

Lowepro DroneGuard CS 300 LP36917 B&H Photo Video I use this one. The inner sleeve that velcros to the inside lid holds my 14" Toshiba. along with extra props in the elastic straps. Note that if you have leg extensions on the Solo you'll need to remove them or the laptop doesn't fit.

This app looks wicked cool. My tablet is wifi only.. Is this a concern ? Will it still be able to handle all the GPS widgets with out sending signals to cell towers to find its locatu Location?
