Solo app on iOS 10.3 not working

Is anyone having any issues with the app working on iOS 10.3? The app opens fine and I can connect to the wifi, both the controller and Solo. When I hit the FLY SOLO button the whole app crashes every time. This only happens when the controller and the Solo are both connected. I can access the FLY SOLO screen when only the controller is connected but as soon as the Solo joins, the app crashes. It also seems to have an issue with the Login screen. No matter what I try it tells me "Registration Failed".

I have also tried this with another iPhone on the same operating system with the same results.

Any help or insight into this would be awesome! Luckily I have Solex and it seems to be working just great.

iOS 10.3 is not out yet unless. You're a Beta tester...
I was playing around with the app today (not flying) but things were connecting and experienced no crashes.

True, I am a beta tester so that could explain it. I have submitted some feedback to Apple about this so hopefully it gets sorted out before the official 10.3 update.

I guess I would suggest to all the iOS Solo pilots out there to not upgrade to iOS 10.3 until you hear that it is compatible.

Not in my case. It crashes every single time, no matter how many restarts of the app I try.

yep. Can only confirm your iOS 10.3 Problem! There is no way of establishing a connection to Solo under iOS 10.3! This is a very serious issue since this" bricks" our Solos. Pls report to Apple, hope it can be fixed on the Apple side because otherwise with a product that apparently generates no or negative revenues for the producing company it threatens the compatibility. I would be extremely saddened if I could not update my Apple software to keep solo working!

I just did a chat with 3DR and sent them the crash logs from my iPhone 6s running iOS 10.3 Beta 2. They are aware of the issue.

I'm having similar issue using iOS 10.2.1. My app connects but nothing happens when I touch the fly button. All other buttons work.

It would be fantastic if 3DR pushed out one huge final bug update for their Solo app before completely abandoning it. :/

No issues w Solo or Simulator app. Flying w no issues on each feature. Camera and Drone respond to every change while connected to the drone via the Solo app.

Might crash once but does it before flying.

I've had app crash issues with 10.2.1 primarily when trying to activate the geofence feature.

sh..t, that's what U call bad news. It worries me really a lot. I am in the uncomfortable situation of having an iPhone with 254 GB memory. While havin a lot of memory itself is a nice thing to have, especially when using the phones video recording capabilities, I did not think about the space requirements for backups via iTunes. Since the path for backups on itunes is fixed and can't be modified ( @ least not by standard user interface), my backup attempts failed since I only have 160 GB of Diskspace available, but 190 GB are required. Downgrading my phone is consequently possible, but entails lots of work and time consuming workarounds . Let's just hope they will be able to fix the problem in an acceptable time frame!

No luck for me on the 10.3 beta 4 release. Still doesn't work at all and still crashes every time I try and connect.
