HOW TO ACTIVATE FOLLOW ME FUNCTION ON MY IRIS PLUS?

Hi all,

This is my first Drone Ever and i'm learning fast, but have sooooo much more to learn, please can someone advise me how to activate the follow me function, i'm using mission planner on my PC & mission maker on my android device.
